How to Buy
Following is the process of buying used equipment from our company.
- Customer sends inquiry about the equipments they need by e-mail.
- After receiving the e-mail, we will confirm if the required item is still in stock. Takes up to 2 working days to reply.
- If the item is still in stock, we send the proforma invoice to the customer, if the customer is satisfied, they will be required to pay 100% of the total amount within the validity period stated on the invoice. We provide our bank information at this stage.
- After we receive confirmation of payment ,we arrange the export of the commodities. You let us know if there is a shipping company you would prefer to use.
- Documents will be faxed to the customer soon after the shipment. Original documents will be dispatched to consignees address through EMS or DHL. Note; All payments should be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account. We can accept payments by credit card prior to our approval in advance. All credit card transactions are handled by Pay Pal.
